CNN Student News

The way that the whole report was laid out was great. They started with very important topics such as the attempted Times Square bombing and the oil spill and the controversial new immigration law in Arizona which has people arguing left right and backwards and whether or not it is racial profiling. But then they didn't leave listeners in a bad mood. They showed them this amazing video on people all around the world coming together as one group and singing a song. When it was sung individually honestly it was horrific, but when all the people were put into one the sound was amazing. I like how the report went from what is most important to putting a smile on peoples faces.

Satire?

The paper was overall amazing. I felt that we as a class did a great job creating it.

1.The pictures were amazing!
2.Layout was great! Expecially for how quickly we produced it.
3.I liked how everyone had fun with the articles- they got their voice out there in a very funny way.

1.The way my title was change although i loved the title i think someone should have maybe asked me about it. It was not that big of a deal but still.
2. Also not knowing whether your article was going to make it
3. But i wish it was bigger!

60 Minutes Responce - Islamic/Muslim

To be honest,at first i was very confused on what they were actually talking about. But as time progressed i got the gist of what was going on. The fact that the Islamic/Muslim nation believes that we are out to kill all Muslims is ridiculous. The person whom was being interviewed is now making it is obligation to spared the idea that that is not what is going on. I was really interested on what people had to say especially when someone said that America made September 11Th happen just an excuse to fight against the Muslim country. I was dumbfounded by that idea. Why any country would do such a thing, I'm not entirely sure. But the idea that people in Muslim countries do believe that just shocks me. I'm not saying that the enitre Muslim community believes this but there is infact some Muslims that do believe that this statement is true.

Lil Waye Eminem & Drake

Though many people may believe that rap music is one of the most degrading music towards women and all is about is getting girls and money, the 2010 performance by Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Drake was very memorable to those who are fans. By opening their horizons to others by adding guitarist Travis Parker, this left many guest on their feet and facebook status saying “they rocked the stage."
